Comprehensive insurance cover
We provide a comprehensive insurance scheme for all of our members, provided by Stackhouse Poland.
As a member of Attend, your group is enrolled in the standard benefits cover for employers liability, public & product liability, trustees indemnity and personal accident cover. Additional benefits
One of the principal benefits of the new RSA programme to all of our members is access to the new additional benefits insurance package. This is a very competitively priced 'all risk' insurance cover specifically designed to meet the needs of members who have additional items such as stock, money, computers, cash registers, fund raising equipment etc. that needs to be insured. For an annual payment of £166*, your group will have automatic access to £100,000 of cover with Royal Sun Alliance.
This cover includes:
Contents and building insurance including loss of or damaged from fire, lightning, earthquake, explosion, aircraft, smoke, riot civil commotion, strikes, labour or political disturbances, malicious persons or vandals, theft, storm tempest or flood or escape of water, escape of oil, frost, impact, falling aerials, falling trees, loss of rent, subsidence, ground heave and landslip, accidental damage.
Automatic covers:
- Rebuilding fees
- Debris removal costs
- Damage to cables and underground services
- Damage to grounds or premises caused by action of the fire service
- Property owners' liability
- VAT on rebuilding and redevelopment
- Theft damage to buildings if you are responsible under the lease
- All fixed internal glass and fixed glass in the buildings including lettering painting or other ornamentation or intruder alarm
- Sanitary fittings
- Damages to scales, cash registers and franking machines
- The cost of changing locks following theft of your keys
- Contents and stock left in the open
- Contents (other than employees personal effects) temporarily removed from the open
- Debris removal costs
- Tenants liability
- Deterioration of frozen or refrigerated stock
- Stock and contents while in transit.
Business interruption - automatic covers
- Outbreak of disease
- Poisoning by food and drink
- Prevention of access
- Loss of attraction within 1km radius
- Failure of utilities lasting more than 30 minutes
- Loss of or damage at your suppliers or customers premises in the UK. Maximum sum insured (inner limit) - £25,000.
Money cover
Cover for the loss of money belonging to Attend members or for which they have a due of care. Sum insured (inner limits):
- On member premises during hours - £5,000
- After business hours in a locked safe or strong room - £1,500
- After working hours not locked in a safe or storeroom - £300
- In transit (minimum two responsible persons for sums above £2,500) - £5,000
- In a bank safe at night - £5,000
- In any private residence not in a locked safe or strong room - £300.
