Introducing Attend Academy
Our aim is to address the problem volunteer organisations face of impoverished nationally accredited training and development opportunities available to them.
We aspire to make a positive impact on the recruitment and retention of well-qualified staff and improve the quality of volunteer management in the UK.
We link new and current volunteer management training programmes to nationally recognised accreditation bodies. This includes the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Fundraising.
We also deliver a range of tailored training to meet the needs of VCS organisations and the course design and delivery embraces these principles.
Training we offer:
NVQ3 Certificate in Personnel Practice
The Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP) is accredited by the CIPD. The programme is suitable for those new to volunteer management, and seeking to develop key skills and knowledge. More »
NVQ4 and NVQ5 in People Management
These qualifications are based on the existing NVQs accredited by the CIPD. The programme is suitable for those responsible for delivery of volunteering programmes seeking formal recognition of their experience. More »

Diversifying our voluntering base one-day workshops
